Warranty Information

We offer the following warranties for our repairs:

12-Month Warranty on all Repairs other than the stated below:

90-Day Warranty

  • Battery Repairs

  • Board Repairs

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty covers any defects in parts or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

  • During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

  • The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Board Repairs Disclaimer

Board repairs are complex and delicate. Due to the nature of these repairs, there are three potential outcomes:

  1. Fully Working: The repair is successful, and the device functions properly.

  2. Same as Before: The device's condition remains unchanged.

  3. Unresponsive: The device may become unresponsive or non-functional.

By agreeing to a board repair, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with these potential outcomes. We will not be held responsible for any additional damage or data loss resulting from board repairs.

Liability and Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before bringing the device in for repair.

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to customer neglect or misuse after the repair is completed.

  • Our liability for any defective product is limited to repair or replacement of the product.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal data is backed up before bringing in their devices for repair.

  • Customers must pick up their repaired devices within 30 days of being notified that the repair is complete. Devices not picked up within this period may be disposed of at our discretion.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

  • We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash, and Clearpay.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
